Do I need a Paypal account to pay you with my credit card?
No, you do not need a paypal account, simply fill in your information such as
shipping address, credit card info and any additional notes and you are able to
pay us without registering an account with our credit card processor which is
paypal. We chose paypal because your information is secure and the payment
process is fast. You also have the option to pay with a money order or COD.

Can you program my receiver with unauthorized software to get all the channels?
to reduce the amount of email we receive we felt it necessary to answer this
question which is probably the most common question. All of our receivers
come with factory authorized firmware that has been on it since it left the
factory. We do not answer programming questions, we do not cover your
receiver under warranty if it has been flashed with non-authorized software
and we do not condone the theft of satellite signals.
We are selling our receivers for their intended use which is to obtain
Free-to-air channels which can be viewed for free legally in Canada and the
United States. These units are not sold by us to steal signals nor are they
intended for this use by us or the manufacturers, and once again we do not
condone the theft of satellite signals or cover your receiver under warranty
if it has been flashed with the unauthorized software.
What channels are available to me with your receivers?
All of our receivers can get the same channels, and a list can be found
of those channels by clicking here.
Do you provide a DiSEqC switch and Updating Cable with every receiver you sell?
Yes, except there is no need for an Updating Cable with the Twinhan
Vision Plus PCI Card and therefore only a DiSEqC switch is included.
How do I return my receiver if it is defective?
You may contact us through email and we will try our best to assist you with
any problems or if necessary assist you in having your receiver returned to us.
We pay the shipping both ways on any returns, we understand it is not the
customers fault, unlike all other websites who leave the customer with the
shipping charges. We may even lose money, but we have not lost a customer.
That is our philosophy.

LNBs, recievers or accessories, all of which our staff deem to be the best
bang for the buck. It is updated regularly to insure that the items
are indeed the best buy for your money.
What do I need for a complete FTA satellite system?
One satellite only:
- Any one of our receivers.
- Any one of our single LNB Dishes.
- Coaxial cable to connect Dish to Receiver
2-4 satellites (typical):
- Any one of our receivers.
- Any one of our dishes with more than 1 LNB or multiple dishes if necessary.
- Coaxial cable to connect Dish to Receiver.
- DiSEqC switch for integration of up to 4 signals from up to 4 LNBs (included with all of our receivers).
4+ Satellites:
Note: If you want to try this out there is no way we can give exact instructions for every single setup but here are the basic components
- Any one of our receivers.
- Any one of our dishes, except when using a motor,33" and up is needed.
- Depending on your setup a motor or multiple Diseqc 4x1 (included with all receivers) and 3x4 switches.
- Any kind of our Coaxial cable to connect dish to receiver.
Multiple receiver Setups:

- 2-4 of our receivers, you can mix and match if you like.
- Any one or more of our dishes with 1 or more LNB.
