Below are the policies which govern FTA Source's operations as well as customer's
rights and options in certain situations.
Shipping Policy
FTA Source ships the next business day or in 24 hours from the time of your purchase
(may be up to 4 days during certain times, depending on order volume). We ship within Canada and
the United States when ordering online or through the telephone. If ordering with a money order,
we can ship your item anywhere in the world. Because most of our orders come from North America,
we've decided to focus on these two countries and have since strengthened our relationship
with UPS and Canada Post to offer us competitive rates on shipment, saving you money! We
appologize in advance to residents outside of North America. You may still order from us,
but we require payment only in the form of an international money order. Thank you.
Returns Policy
We only accept returns on defective items and we will ship you a brand new one of
the item you ordered, we only take 1 day in total to inspect your item for defects
and ship you another one. You may contact us
through email and we will try our best to assist you with
any problems or if necessary assist you in having your receiver or product returned
to us. We pay the shipping both ways on any returns, we understand it is not the
customers fault, unlike all other websites who leave the customer with the shipping
charges. We may even lose money, but we have not lost a customer. That is our
philosophy. Please do note however that warranties are considered null and void if
any modifications to the firmware (software) or to hardware are made. Please do not
attempt to modify either as they may damage your receiver and nullify the warranty.
Payment Policy
We accept Credit card payments, Paypal Payments, Certefied Cheques and Money Orders.
Payment through credit card is fast, simple and secure.
We use the services of PayPal to capture transactions.
Rest assured, no third party will obtain your credit card or personal information.
You do not need a paypal account to pay us with your credit card and
you do not need to create one either, just fill in the information paypal asks for and
you can pay without an account and without creating one.
